Our motto is “Works of art one yard at a time”. We feel this is the best way to represent our true passion for what we do. We as designers become attached to the finished product and we know you will also. We do our best to re-create nature to your desires and within your budget. We feel like this is an art. Everyone desires something slightly different, with different sounds and looks. It is always our intention to build something we would want in our homes if our conditions were the same. The beauty is that every project is slightly different, and we are always able to express our love for what we do through the construction of your beautiful new at-home getaway. Building water gardens, waterfalls, ponds, pondless waterfalls, streams, bogs, bubbling rocks, fountains and basically anything with water is always a pleasure for us.
Our mission statement is what we will strive for on every project. This is our mission statement. “Pond King Water Gardens will provide the client with superior service and a unique experience. Pond King Water Gardens will be the number one preferred provider in any market segment it enters. We will create works of art in our clients’ yards that they will continue to love telling others about. We exist to attract and maintain clients. Our service will exceed the expectations of our clients.” We truly strive to learn the newest techniques, most efficient eco-systems, and best ways to build. We feel that every water garden or waterfall we build is an expression of us. This is our art! Our owner started with one thing in mind; service. Nick saw a need for good service and often saw too many people that had a bad experience in this industry. Nick felt like the main motto of our service is simple. Live the golden rule: “Treat others as you would like others to treat you” We treat everyone as we would like to be treated, with respect and integrity. We only ever ask what your budget looks like for one reason, out of respect. It is a disservice for us to try and sell you something that is not with your means. When we design a pond, or Pondless waterfall our “art” is in making it beautiful and relaxing within any budget.
Nick also started Pond King Water Gardens as a way to do something he loved. We only employ those who share our passion to connect with nature, and to serve our fellow human! Nick believes that the most important thing for our company is more than just one thing, it is all things! By keeping our employees informed, trained, and happy our employees are able to better pass an attitude of gratitude to our client. You are the main focus of our service. We want you to love what we create for you! Then our next focus is to earn your continued business.
